With a fleet of 10+ coffee carts and over 20 baristas, we can serve up to 10 locations simultaneously or up to 500 espresso-based drinks per hour at one location.

We work on a first-come, first-served basis but can almost always accommodate last minute reservations (outside of holidays or peak periods).

All we need from you is space to set up, one standard wall outlet for each cart, and a site contact person to greet our barista when they arrive.

For every event, we provide:

• A full coffee shop menu of hot and iced espresso drinks
• Professional barista(s)
• Stylish mobile coffee cart(s)
• Professional Italian espresso machine(s)
• All other necessary service equipment (coffee grinder, etc)
• Freshly roasted coffee beans
• Cups and lids
• Condiments and stir sticks
• Extension cord 

All price quotes include beverage service, staffing, travel, setup, breakdown, and taxes. 

Our standard service area is within 150 miles of our headquarters in Sacramento. Cover the Sacramento metro & greater San Francisco Bay Area

But with a bit of extra travel budget, we’ve been known to travel over 600 miles to serve you coffee!

Each barista can serve approximately 50 drinks per hour

For events over 75-100 guests in a 2-hour window, we typically recommend 2 baristas

Longer service times can allow for fewer baristas Here are some specific scenarios:

1. Single Barista Recommended (1 cart):

• Up to 75-100 guests for a 2-hour event
• Up to 50 guests per hour
• Best for smaller, casual events
• Perfect for open houses or morning meetings

2. Two Baristas Recommended (2 carts):

• 100-200 guests for a 2-hour event
• Up to 100 drinks per hour
• Ideal for medium-sized events
• Great for weddings or corporate events

3. Multiple Baristas Considerations:

• Required for 200+ guests in a short time frame
• Recommended for high-volume rush periods
• Necessary for multiple service locations
• Ideal for large corporate events or conferences
• With our three-cart operation, we can serve up to 150-180 guests per hour simultaneously — making us Sacramentos most capable mobile coffee catering operation for large-scale events.

For events where not all guests will want coffee, a single cart comfortably handles most gatherings up to 150-200 people over the course of a multi-hour event. We'll recommend the right cart count based on your guest list and event format during the quoting process.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date

Your invoice is due 48 hours before the day of your event.

Yes — anywhere wheels can roll, we can set up. We've served outdoor events at parks, rooftops, parking lots, athletic fields, and open-air venues across Sacramento . We do require access to a standard power outlet for our equipment.

For outdoor summer events, we recommend shaded placement for both equipment performance and barista comfort. We'll work with you on optimal cart placement during the planning process.

Yes — this is one of our most popular add-ons for corporate clients. We can wrap our carts with your company logo or event branding, print your logo on cup sleeves, and even use our latte art printer to put your brand directly on the foam of every drink.
